MAC36PRO - Commissioning - Empty Software Installation window during commissioning

Issue

It is not possible to carry out commissioning of the MAC36PRO controller and, as a result, it is not possible to upgrade the Niagara version. The problem’s main symptom is an empty window of the Software Installation creator:

Trying to upgrade the Niagary version from 4.10u6

The Release Notes for MAC36PRO (https://support.ismacontrolli.com/02%20Small%20%26%20Medium%20BMS/iSMA-B-MAC36/Release%20Notes/) indicate that there is a known issue of no possibility to upgrade the Niagara version from 4.10u6 to the version supported by the MAC36PRO controller.

MAC36PRO distribution files not installed

MAC36PRO distribution files are not by default added to Workbench neither by Tridium, nor by any other supplier. To carry out the commissioning process of the MAC36PRO controller, it is possible to use iC Workbenck with pre-installed distribution files, cleanDist, and JAR modules dedicated to MAC36PRO.

Niagara version unsupported by MAC36NL

It may happen that the user attempts to install the Niagara version unsupported by the MAC36PRO controller.

To install, for example, the Niagara 4.13 on the MAC36PRO controller, the exact Workbench version 4.13u2 has to be installed on the computer.
