MAC36 - HDMI - Failure to display anything on HDMI panel
Issue:
After connecting the MAC36 controller to the HMI panel with HDMI, nothing is displayed on the panel.
Possible causes and solutions:
Inadequate type of the HMI panel
The MAC36 controller over HDMI can only communicate with the iSMA-D-PD family HMI panel. As for the iSMA-D-PA family HMI panels, they have their own operating system (Android), which decides what to display on the screen. PA panels communicate with the MAC36 controller only via Ethernet. Some versions of the iSMA-D-PA family HMI are equipped with an HDMI port, but this is used to display the image generated by the Android system on another screen, and this port cannot be connected to the HDMI port of the MAC36 controller.
