MAC36NL - Supervisor - Faulty communication with the Supervisor over the FOX(s) protocol (NiagaraNetwork)

Issue

Incomplete or no communication with the MAC36NL-family controller from Supervior over the FOXS or FOX protocol (NiagaraNetwork).

Possible cause and solution

Point are not getting discovered

Points added in the MAC36NL station are not found after a discover function in the Supervisor.

Solution

The user created in the MAC36NL station for FOX(s) communication purposes, indicated in the NiagaraStation component, does not have any (or too low) user permissions. It is required to create user permissions purposely for FOX(s) communication and assign them to the user in the MAC36NL station.
