FCU - iSMA Tool - No connection with iSMA Tool

Issue

It is not possible to connect to the FCU controller in iSMA Tool.

Possible solution

  1. Restore the controller to factory settings.

  2. Try using a different USB cable. Connection may not be possible via a defective or low quality USB cable. The SOX communication uses the FCU_Updater library, which requires a high quality physical equipment for connection.

  3. Update drivers for the USB port.

  4. Downgrade firmware to a previous version.

  5. Use iC Tool instead of iSMA Tool.
