FCU - iSMA Tool - Problem with connecting to iSMA Tool/iC Tool
Issue
The device cannot connect to the iSMA Tool/iC Tool. The software displays a pop-up window ‘Cannot connect to the device’.
Possible solutions
Download files available here:

Open the iSMA Tool, go to the main menu bar, and select Sedona → Import Sedona Files.
Next, import the downloaded zip file.
