Issue
When working with the device, one of the input channels does not count pulses from connected devices.
Possible causes and solutions

Check if the wiring is correctly connected.

Restore the factory default settings using the sixth DIP switch.

Upgrade the firmware to the latest version. Even if the latest version has already been installed, it is recommended to reinstall it.

Enter the 'false' value to the register resetting the relevant meter. The registers resetting the meters are numbered from 961 to 964.
