Issue
On OS versions earlier than V1.4.1, a few major issues can occur:

withheld communication with network points (local IO, Modbus, BACnet);

‘hard fault’ notice appearing in logs;
-
unexpected restart of the device;
-
problems with read/write actions on Modbus/BACnet points of the controller.
Possible cause and solution
The OS version installed on the controller contains a critical error.
Solution
Go to the https://support.ismacontrolli.com/Software%20%26%20Tools/iC%20Tool/Software/ and download a newest version of the iC Tool, which incorporates the up-to-date OS version and relevant libraries. Open the iC Tool, connect the controller and upgrade the OS using the Software Manager.
