RAC18-IP - Software Manager - Unable to upload libraries to the controller

Issue

Loading libraries to the RAC18-IP controller results in an error communicated in a pop-up window.

Possible causes and solutions

The OS version installed on the controller is higher thatn the version of libraries available locally.

Solution

Download the newest version of the iC Tool from: iSMA CONTROLLI Download Center. The latest version contains proper libraries to be installed on the controller. Install it, start iC Tool, connect the controller and upload libraries.
