Out of the box device as well as after restoring default values procedure, has got the following default settings:

Restoring Default Settings
To restore the default iSMA-B-FCU device settings, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Turn the power supply off.
Step 2: Set the 6th switch of the Protocol DIP switch to ON.
Step 3: Turn on the power supply, wait until the power LED blinks.
Step 4: Set the 6th switch of the Protocol DIP switch to OFF to restore the default settings. To cancel the reset, turn off the power supply, and set the 6th switch of the Protocol DIP switch to the OFF position.
