Occupancy Configuration

OCCUPANCY_CONFIGURATION (41707)

OCCUPANCY_VISIBILITY (41707, Bit 0)

The bit 0 of the register 41707 is responsible for activation or deactivation of the occupancy current status visibility. If the bit 0 is active, the occupancy current status is visible as a specific group of icons.

In the occupied mode, the human symbol stays inside the house symbol (if forced, occupied mode human symbol blinks inside the house).

In the unoccupied mode, the human symbol stays outside of the house symbol.

The default value is 1 (occupancy mode is visible).

OCCUPANCY_MODE_EDITION (41707, Bit 1)

The bit 1 of the register 41707 determines, whether the OCCUPANCY_MODE register is editable locally from the room panel. If the bit 1 is true, the occupancy edit submenu is active and the user can set the occupancy mode. If the bit 1 is false, the occupancy edit submenu is inactive. The default value is 1 (occupancy mode is editable).

EDIT_MODE (41707, Bit 5)

The bit 5 of the register 41707 switches between the occupancy normal edit and the occupancy fast edit modes. By default, the bit is 0 (normal edit mode).

Occupancy Normal Edit Mode

If the bit 5 is false, the normal edit mode is active. Particular occupancy modes are selected by arrow buttons. The chosen occupancy mode has to be confirmed by pressing the OK button. The new occupancy mode is signalized by a double blink of the new occupancy mode name, an assigned symbol (see the OCCUPANCY_MODE register), and a double beeper signal (if enabled, DeviceConfiguration bit 0). If the occupancy mode selection is completed, the main menu is displayed. Pressing the Menu button, prior to confirming the new occupancy mode with the OK button, cancels the new occupancy mode setting procedure, and the user returns to the main menu. If the new occupancy mode is not confirmed during the time value stored in the EXIT_EDIT_TIME register, the new occupancy mode selection fails, and the main menu is displayed.

Occupancy Fast Edit Mode

If the bit 5 is true, the fast edit mode is active, and setting the new occupancy mode does not need any confirmation. The new occupancy mode is selected by pressing the OK button. Pressing any other button confirms the new occupancy mode choice. The same happens if the time value in the EXIT_EDIT_TIME register elapsed. The chosen occupancy mode is confirmed. The new occupancy mode is signalized by a double blink of the new occupancy mode name, an assigned symbol (see the OCCUPANCY_MODE register), and a double beeper signal (if enabled, DeviceConfiguration bit 0). Once the occupancy mode selection procedure is completed, the main menu is displayed.

OCCUPIED_CONFIG_LOCAL_MODE (41707, Bit 6)

The bit 6 of register 41707 switches between the local and BMS modes. By default, the bit 6 is false (BMS mode).

Local Mode

If the bit 6 is true, the room panel occupancy setting works in a local mode. It means that the value of the OCCUPANCY_CURRENT_STATUS register is determined by the value of the OCCUPANCY_MODE register, and the value of the OCCUPANCY_CURRENT_STATUS register cannot be overwritten by the higher level system.
