MAC36NL - First Commissioning

The article outlines how to process first commissioning of the iSMA-B-MAC36NL controller in several steps:

1 . Make sure that the SD card (with the license attributed to the ‘Host ID’) has been properly placed in the device (the SD card holder is located at the left side on the side wall of the enclosure) - the card has to be inserted pins up, in a ‘push-push’ method.

2. Turn the power supply on - during first commissioning the power must be supplied from a uninterruptible source.

3. Connect the Ethernet cable to the ‘RJ45 ETH1’ port (left interface).

4. When the ‘RUN’ diode starts to blink quickly (about 2 blinks per minute), log in to the platform from the Workplace software.

5. First, the controller asks to accept the SSL certificate; once the certificate is accepted, enter the logging data.

6. The welcoming window of the platform default settings changing creator appears automatically. Click Next, and set the passphrase for the controller.

7. In the next step, create a new user of the platform; the default user will be deleted.

8. Close the creator with the Finish button.

9. Continue with the commissioning process, which is outlined in the MAC36NL - Commissioning article.
