AAC20 - iSMA Tool - Manual upload of firmware and application

Issue

When upgrading the firmware version and uploading the default application using the Update Wizard window, an error is displayed at the end of this process.

Solution

In such case, the solution is to upload three files manually using the Send File option.

  • Search for three files (app.sab, iSMA-B-AAC20-XXX_HWX.X_FW6.1, and kits.scode) in the given location: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\iSMA Controlli Poland S.A\AAC20 Updater\1.0.0.0 \6.3

  • Using the Select File option, select the iSMA-B-AAC20-XXX_HWX.X_FW6.1 firmware file and click Send Files;

  • When the firmware file is finished uploading, click Reload Firmware;

  • After Reload Firmware is done, upload the rest of the files in the same way as the firmware file;

  • In the last step, restart the device.
