BACnet History Objects
The iSMA BACnet can share histories trends created in application over the BACnet network. The iSMA-B-AAC20 controller serves three types of the BACnet objects:
- Boolean History: shares binary trends in the BACnet network;
- Integer History: shares integer trends in the BACnet network;
- Numeric History: shares numeric (float) trends in the BACnet network.
To share trends log objects in the BACnet network, first the history trend log must be created in the application (for information see the iSMA-B-AAC20_plat manual).
Next, the corresponding type of the trend log BACnet object component must be placed under the BACnet LocalDevice network.
WARNING! The same object’s type should have unique BACnet Name and Object ID values in the BACnet device.
Then make the link between histories component (from App->Service->history->db) to the corresponding BACnet history trend log object component. If everything works well, “Ok” label should appear in the Status slot, and from now on the trend should be visible in the BACnet network.
