nE2 Link - Connection - The connection freezes when attempting to connect while the device is busy

Issue

When a user attempts to connect to a device that is busy—for example, performing an update, backup, or restore — they may see a solid yellow icon indicating that a connection is in progress. However, the connection process takes an unusually long time, even if the device has already completed its task. In this state, the user cannot connect to the device via the nE2 link or disconnect it.

Solution

The only solution is to remove the extension and re-add it.
