MG-IP - M-Bus - Problem with connecting meters

Issue

The MG-IP module cannot establish communication and read data from meters despite a correct connection and proper IP addresses configuration.

Possible solutions

1. Check if the wiring is properly conducted.

2. If possible, check if the problem recurs with another MG-IP module and another M-Bus meter.

3. Check if the voltage between M+ and M- is lower than 30 V. If so, the hardware is damaged.
