FCU - Default Application - Occupancy mode
This document describes the available occupancy modes in the default iSMA-B-FCU application.
Four operating modes have been implemented in the default application depending on the presence of people in the room. The available modes are used to change the temperature set by the user when the room is occupied, unoccupied or unoccupied for a long time.
Occupied mode - in this mode, iSMA-B-FCU works to maintain the room temperature set by the user
Unoccupied mode - this mode is intended to change the temperature setting level when the room is temporarily unused, e.g. after working hours. This allows you to reduce energy consumption. Energy savings are obtained by changing the “Effective_Setpoint” (lower for heating, higher for cooling).
Standby mode - this mode is used during the prolonged absence of people in the room, e.g. on weekends or holidays. It allows you to reduce energy consumption.
Forced Occupied - this mode is triggered by external devices connected to iSMA-B-FCU digital inputs or from the room panel. This mode runs for the time specified in network variables. Forced busy works in the same way as busy mode.
